This service provides access to a comprehensive suite of offerings aimed at saving time, enhancing convenience, and elevating overall lifestyle, including but not limited to:

• Travel & leisure services, including flight and hotel bookings, travel arrangements, itinerary planning, airport assistance (VIP services), and event & entertainment bookings.
• Dining & lifestyle services, including restaurant reservations, food delivery, and handling of special requests.
• Automotive services, including car buying and selling, car rentals, maintenance services, and handling all related formalities.
• Home services, including maintenance, moving services, interior design and landscaping, as well as childcare and home management services.
• Payment & financial services, including bill payments (utilities, telecom, etc.) and installment payments (cars, schools, universities).
• Government services, including support with official documentation such as ID and passport renewal, vehicle license renewal, issuance of official certificates, and certified translation services.
• Health & wellness services, including doctor appointments, medical check-ups, and gym & spa bookings.
• Errands & logistics services, including door-to-door delivery and pickup, and handling transportation of items regardless of size.

Terms & Conditions

• The service is exclusively available to EGBANK Private and Prime customers.
• Customers will receive a concierge activation code via SMS on their registered mobile number.
• In case the code is not received, customers are advised to contact their Relationship Manager.
• Concierge membership is free of charge; however, service fees apply depending on the nature of each request.
• Pricing and service timelines may vary based on the type of request and service provider.
• All services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
